Mission of the Director of Welcome:

To serve the customer base so extraordinarily that clients tell their friends and family about our agency. By using rapport building and excellent communication skills, this role will work to solve clients’ problems effectively and efficiently. This includes being the first line of defense on service items and only passing on the ones that require an experienced or licensed agent. This position must be open to becoming licensed within one year to help our service team with endorsements. Principal Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Director of Operations
  • Greet clients in person and over the phone with a warm welcome
  • Process mortgagee changes received via mail or phone promptly and accurately.
  • Handle non-premium-bearing policy endorsements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing.
  • Respond to client inquiries via text, phone, and walk-ins, prioritizing first-contact resolution.
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries, nonrenewal issues, and inspection findings.
  • Process billing notices through client phone calls as needed.
  • Provide clients with minor documentation requests, including declarations pages, ID cards, and receipts.
  • Review reinstatement and endorsement downloads for accuracy.
  • Notify account managers of faxes, voicemails, emails, or texts that require attention.
  • Log all transactions and correspondence with prospects, clients, carriers and third parties in our client management system.
  • Collect and process inspection information from carriers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper spelling and grammar.
  • Have a desire to help those in their community through volunteer work

Compensation:

$19-$22.00/hour plus team bonuses. Other benefits include:

Experience Requirements:

No previous insurance experience is required. Previous admin experience is a plus.
